I enjoy long sessions and having a good sweaty workout so challengers being in shape and conditioned is important. Flexing and trash talking a plus. Heel vs Jobber or Heel vs Heel. I cut down to 190# and feeling strong and more conditioned with new workout regime. Calisthenics to increase hip mobility and spine rotation. Some weight training because I still dig muscle.
