Gutpunching give/take/trade

Why choose. I would punch ANY willing-and-able-to-be-punched gut that can come to visit me here in Benidorm area.

I like both, as a punchee i like in a first moment being punched in my abs flexed then also in my gut which is meanwhile become weaker

For me, gut punching. Get a reaction after all! It’s what I deliver, too. Let the fist sink in and do its damage! xD

Now you see, it was that constant "fist sink in" description that I found so confusing, and caused the origin of the question. With a six pack, there is no sinking in.

Give me a rock hard set of abs for sure.

i hear ya but its not my preference . I've had the displeasure of punching guys with no reaction from them. frustrating.

I like a real looking belly. Six packs are ok but real men are the best. Fun to land a punch in a real mans belly and hear the ooomph

I suppose Abpunching would actually punching muscled abs, where Gutpunching is hitting other guts that are heavier or thinner. What are the thoughts on this?

Punching against hard abs is more enjoyable for me! It’s nice to see how much abs can handle.

I see how you might want to make the distinction between ab punching vs. gut punching where abs meant in shape, muscled stomach to hit. While gut punching would mean a bigger belly, maybe even fat. And while I agree with Flo171702 in that it’s hotter to me to see a nice hard and tight stomach and see how much the guy can take there just aren’t enough guys that are really into stomach punching that we need to make the distinction. Even on something like Meetfighters it’s not even its own category of fighting so dividing it up into smaller sub categories doesn’t seem necessary.

everyone has abs and the stomach is just below the breastbone and is not muscular but could be covered with ab muscle I think . LOL

I like to see what most guys (fat or muscular) can give and take. Just to have the challenge or the Fun of it.
