Spruceman

He alliwed me to help him reach higher fitness and conditioning goals. I introduced him to the BOSU balance trainer and after 2 years listening to me he was doing between 2000 and 3000 crunches a day. He wanted his body as hard as possible. He is a guy i would have wanted to gut punch with. Because he was the way i like a guy to be He was a great friend. Thank you JimmyTerrific for helping Fritz take care of him in his last daus.

I wrestled him once in his home. Had a great time and very skilled along with strong. A great memory. RIP Spruceman.

Yes, I stayed with him for 3 months when he had the Cancer

I know he appreciated your being there. The trip to visit him was my first ride out of DC on the underground train , def an experience for being in DC to meet Spruceman and DC jobber

Has anyone got any news on Spruceman. I do not see his profile on here and I hope he is doing well. We had one great night in Indian, Pennsylvania at Wrestlefest one year and he will always be that very nice guy that I enjoyed being with. He is in a hospital in Virginia, sent to a rehab center there, I do hope he keeps getting better, he had his insides twisted and had to straight them out, he has lost 70 pounds, feel very bad for him, we all need to pray for him that he gets better

Spruceman is in a rehabilitation facility, he is eating, and as far as I know he is fine with it, he is in good hands there, they are working on his flexability and strength, also giving his companion, Fritz a needed rest while Spruceman is getting stronger, thanks, Jimmy

A mutual friend of Spruce and me has tried to reach him by phone and gotten no answer. I even went to far as to Google him, but there was nothing at the time.

I didn't know him at all. You might want to ask the moderators. My posting was public so anyone could see it. And you were the only one that responded. He was over 70 fighting stage 4 cancer. And I sent a message to his profile which is a direct link to his email.
If he was able he would be posting on here now.

Has anyone seen Spruceman? He used to be on here all the time and big contributer. He was fighting cancer. His last log in was 5/13. He came down with Covid. Let's hope he is OK and pulls through. He is a fighter.
