Count me in. My goal for 2025 is a 10% BFI (body fat index) by summer time.
BTW, one of the best ways to stay on track is to 1) tell as many people as possible about your goal (✓). And 2) make periodic updates. Say the first or last day of each month?
I've just started back at the gym this week, and have a few fitness goals I'd like to share as well as showing regular progression updates. Anyone else in similar boat and want to connect to track one anothers journey? Looking forward to connecting, drop me a line....
